The worksheets
A canvas consists of seven worksheets, with the dossier underneath and the capability model in the synthesis. Each worksheet covers one domain and delivers a concrete result that is used further along the chain.

The shared pattern
The four operational worksheets — Customers, Processes, People and IT — deliberately follow the same structure in four tabs:
- Inventory — what is there?
- Issues — what hurts?
- Analysis — what connects? (AI clusters loose signals into themes and proposes merging duplicate issues)
- Improvement actions — what are we going to do about it?
This uniformity is a design choice: whoever understands one worksheet understands all four. It flattens the learning curve and makes the output comparable across domains.
On these four worksheets and on Guiding principles, the Strategic framework button opens a side panel with the strategic themes and principles that apply to that worksheet. That keeps the framework in view while you work.
Strategy, Guiding principles, Capabilities and the Change portfolio differ from this because they play a different role: framework-setting or connecting instead of signalling.
What each worksheet delivers on paper
Every worksheet except Capabilities has four documents: a worksheet report that shows everything on it, a management summary, the findings with advice and a One-pager of one A4. The canvas has a bundle and a One-pager. See Reporting.
